You are responsible for providing all required information when submitting your order, including full name, shipping and billing address (excluding PO Boxes), telephone number, valid email address, and valid payment method. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Sovlanrus.pro reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time, in which case the client's only remedy is to refund any payments made for such an order.

 

  • Changes

After placing an order, it is not possible to change your order. The only exception is the shipping address, which may change if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address of an unsent order, contact  support service by e-mail support@sovlanrus.pro.

 

  • Payment

Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. You can pay for your order by credit card, PayPal, or other methods that we may accept in the future. In case of suspension of payment, disagreement with the collection of commission or other refusal to make an advance payment, Sovlanrus.pro has the right to cancel the order or, if it has already been sent, demand payment and bring the client to responsibility. for any collection costs, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, and charge interest of 1.5% per month (or the maximum legal rate if less than 1.5% per month) until payment.

 

  • Color matching

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • (a) colors displayed on your computer monitor may differ from those displayed on our manufactured product,

  • (b) it is not guaranteed that any image displayed on the Internet will necessarily exactly match the colors of the final product.

 

  • Personal data

All information provided by you in connection with any order is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

  • Sales tax

Effective sales tax will be added to all orders in the Russian Federation. All others submitted from another country, sales and use tax must be paid by the Consumer if required by law.

 

  • Delivery

Electronic (digital) goods are delivered directly to the specified e-mail. (if the letter did not arrive within 1 hour, look in the "Spam" or "Junk mail" folder)
Delivery time for other products depends on which delivery option you chose when placing your order. Please allow at least 6-8 weeks for limited edition purchases or 1-3 days for your retail product to ship, plus delivery time depending on the shipping option you choose. Title and risk of loss of any purchase passes to you after we have delivered it to our carrier. If your print is damaged or broken, please contact us! We will gladly replace it, but we need a photo of the damage. Email us at support@sovlanrus.pro. Requests must be received within 30 days of delivery and must include a copy of the delivery receipt and photographic evidence of damage so that we can examine and determine if damage actually occurred during delivery. If we approve your request for a replacement, we will not charge you for the new seal, but you will be responsible for returning the damaged seal to us and shipping you a new seal.

 

Shipping Problems / Damage Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by a delivery receipt and photographic proof of damage so that we can verify and determine if damage actually occurred during delivery.
